nice for photo and video backup

App is a bit slow, and I think I'd rather have it just dump all the pictures from my phone to one folder, rather than break them up as it wants. Overall, worth the money.

DUO LINK APP for the PNY Flash Drive doesn't work.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The flash drive is not the issue. It backs up files from my computer just fine. The issue is the Duo Link 4 app that you have to download on your iPhone. It crashes every single time you open the app. Renders the whole backup from your iPhone totally useless. Looking at PNY's customer support I see they haven't updated their software since January 2019 (2 and half years ago). I had to backup my iPhone manually to the PC then backup the PC with this Flash Drive. Waste of time getting this drive.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although this device was recognized by my iPhone and downloaded photos and files, I could not get any of my laptops or desktop computers to recognize this flash drive. I had at least 10 e-mails back and forth from PNY tech support but it got to the point where PNY tech support was asking me to do outrageous things to get their device to be recognized by my machines. So, I returned it and got my money back.

Do not get this!!

Wouldn't be a problem, if the software was literally the worst. It was clunky, slow, crashed often, and would get through a long transfer and at the last second say nothing and just crash and the transfer wouldn't complete. If you need to use USB storage, you're better off getting an USB adapter, and plug in a regular USB drive... I returned this after a couple days. Did not work well with my iphone or ipad.... 0/10
