Haven’t used it yet. The Best Buy associate that recommended it told me how to use it and if I had any problems contact one of the associates. But he said I shouldn’t have any problems.

I was uncertain at first till tech support had to show me how to use the item even though I am pretty good at tech stuff now I love it. It is great to transfer photos from phone to lap top and files

I got the flash drive to download videos that I take with my iPad Pro. The downloads to flash drive take mer minutes! And these are an hour plus videos! Plus, upload to PCs are just as quick! Not to mention I can delete the videos after I upload them AND make sure that they play on and are workable on the PC.

This device easily transferred my photos from my Iphone to my computer. The time to transfer more than 200 photos was better than I thought it would be, but I cannot remember how long it took. I like to keep my photos on a hard drive which is why I purchased it. Was easy to do.

I have about 2000 pics- and some are short videos on my phone. I was unable to get them all on the 64 GB and it was slow to load. Maybe the speed was my phone??? It seemed to double save some pics so not sure if that is reason for not holding all the pics as I thought I read it would.

I was about to take a trip and knew I had to transfer pics from my iphone to make room for new ones. All pics transferred without a hitch and now I just plug in to pull up an old picture should I need it. Will buy again.

This is an excellent item if your phone memory fills up quickly and its great for backup. The downside is that theres no led light.

Purchased to download pictures from my iPhone. I does a good job although if you have a lot of pictures it took about an hour to download, so be prepared. I also used it to download pictures from my wife’s iPhone as well.

I purchased this because I got a new iPad and wanted the pictures off of it so I can restore the iPad to factory settings and give it to my parents. This item got the pictures off and I was able to pull the pictures up on my laptop.

I must say I was skeptical. But by golly, this did as advertised! I was able to move some very large video from an iPhone to the thumb drive then to my computer. I was amazed. Thanks!

Works as designed no problems, download the app on your phone plugged in download your photos USB to the computer.

My wife always complaining about how she doesn't have enough room on her phone due to the amount of pictures she takes. Now with this little gadget she is able to load the pictures into a usb directly from her phone when she doesn't have a computer around.

works wel but i don't like the software so much. I am able to share files from my phone or clear up space easily with this.

Got it to download pictures here from our IPhone was told by a sales person that would fit all my 700 pictures but it actually did not show all the pictures I had but it still fits for some photos.
