    I got this for my mom and at the beginning got trouble connecting with the iphone and finally transfer the photos. I find this product a little complicated. One time we lost a lot of pictures cause the usb said that they where transferred and whe disconnected and connected again they weren’t in there. So first make sure the documents get really transferred.
