Does not consistently copy and paste correctly like others have in the past.

For some reason I had high expectations for this product, and right out the box it didn't work. Once plugged into my iPhone XR, it prompted the start of installing its drivers and crashed. Every time. I began to research the product further, you know just in case i am the one doing it wrong. Nope, there were many other reviews about the same issue. I wanted to return it but missed my window to do so, maybe there could be an update down the road that will fix the problem.

Fantastic Apple USB drive! This was great, as my phone was getting full of photos that I didn’t want to delete. The software was easy to install, and now all my photos are backed up

Did not work! Tried it on several phones and the app would just kick me out. Definitely had to return!

Did not work. Poor directions. No troubleshooting info.

Got this item for use with an iPad. Unfortunately, could not get it to work properly. The app kept crashing. Read other reviews and discovered that a lot of those were negative and reflected my experience. Decided to return the item to Best Buy instead of wasting time trying to get it to function properly.

Never got a chance to use it because you have to use an app in order for it to function. If you read the reviews for the app it will become obvious as to why you should not purchase this.

Great idea but I could not get it to transfer files. It would try but could never copy/transfer anything. User error I’m guessing but it should be very simple??

In my work, I need to be able to transfer files quickly between my phone to my computer. The Duo-Link makes this possible, effortlessly.

It was a gift I don’t know how it works. She was saying she needed to remove videos and pictures her phone.

Seems to work just fine for my needs. I want it mostly for my photos

I bought this product to help me take my pictures and videos from my iPhone… the app didn’t work, i never get the job done… don’t recommend… there’s better solutions

This works for my iphone but it is not connecting to my lenovo computer.

When I discovered this products existed I had three immediate people I wanted to get it for Christmas Gifts.

Does not work. Product does not copy files and won't transfer them. The app that is required is garbage.
