    I bought this flash drive today from best buy. I transferred all my pictures to this flash drive today. The best thing about it is, I don't have to upload my personal files to icloud anymore. Nowadays, all phone companies are forcing people to use their cloud for additional storage, and I hate using cloud storage because I feel my data is not private anymore. Transferring files was super easy and fast.

  • Won't recognize new iPhone photo files

    Please don't make the mistake I made in buying this PNY drive, which I had hoped to use for transferring iPhone photos. With the release of iOS 11, Apple replaced JPEG files with a new image format called HEIC. The PNY drive doesn't recognize HEIC files and won't copy or move them. I checked with PNY technical support and they aren't when or if they'll every be able to update the app to allow compatibility with HEIC.
