Good quality and great price it has good speeds for Iphone usb

Very good usb lighting connection works very nice across devices from pc to IOS and Android must have when traveling.

Got it to download pictures here from our IPhone was told by a sales person that would fit all my 700 pictures but it actually did not show all the pictures I had but it still fits for some photos.

I bought the wrong device, I have an android phone. I returned item to the store.

My wife always complaining about how she doesn't have enough room on her phone due to the amount of pictures she takes. Now with this little gadget she is able to load the pictures into a usb directly from her phone when she doesn't have a computer around.

works okay, but needs to include better instructions for setup and use.

Easy to transfer anything iphone related. When i came to documents and files off the iphone that took a little more time and messing around to get it to work. Once its saved to the device the iphone doesnt see it. Once you plug it into a computer boom its on there.

I would prefer a clearer indication when it backs up and will remove pictures from phone. I talked to other users and they too were apprehensive and just copied the pictures over; which defeats the purpose of clearing memory usage on phone

This device took some troubleshooting to get it to work properly. I was using it to get photos off my iPhone 5c and onto a PC. It works with an app on the iPhone. Most of the pictures are stored in the cloud so it would only work properly for me when the phone was on our WiFi network and I wasn’t taxing the WiFi with anything else. For example, if I had Pandora on or was watching Netflix while it was copying files the app would glitch up and crash. After I figured that out things went pretty smoothly, although somewhat more slowly than I anticipated. In the end, it got the job done and allowed me to move about 15,000 photos off my phone.

I think this will be such a good tech tool to add flexibility to my iPhone’s limitation to integrate with my laptop. I haven’t used it yet but plan to soon.

I actually bought this for a friend as a gift, which she hasn’t installed yet. I’m about to purchase my own.

Good product. I would have liked a larger storage space but none were available. Also the transfer speed is slow, but that could be the iOS and not the device itself.

Product worked great and the sale associate was very prompt delivering my product to me curb side in a great timely manner !

This is a cool item to use when you have stuff on the iPad you want to save or transfer. I should have gone bigger.thumbs up
