I got this drive to replace a SanDisk drive with a lightning connection, which had failed. I was hoping to find the same functionality, however, I found it hard to transfer individual files to this drive in a similar manner to the SanDisk drive

Could use a better description but gets the job done for transferring pictures and videos from iPad to computer. To bad is cannot backup everything like contacts and calendars as well

This iphone thumb drive works really good and fast i strongly recommend it

I purchased 2 of these for the iPads in the house. My husband and son use it for music, and it's a great alternative if you don't want to store everything on the already limited iPad.

I am happy with the flash drive. Use in my car. Best Buy always has great deals.

I had my doubts about this product but it ended up being a great buy. Works easy with PC & Apple. You will need to download a free app which is not that user friendly, but aside from that it’s great.

I bought this to download some files from my Macbook to be uploaded to my iphone but it did not work out because the upgraded IOS does not recognize the device at all. I tried it on an Ipad which I did not do an upgrade for the IOS I had no problem with it. I had to return it because it will not work with the latest IOS and I cannot find any support for it on the PNY website to upgrade the firmware on the device

Directions were not very good. Had to phone to get help. Could accomplish the same thing with a cheap flash drive.

Nice idea to be able to get your pictures off the phone and save to USB or and/or transfer to PC, but there's one serious flaw. It does not fit when an Otter Box case is installed. The lightning connector shroud is much bigger than the apple cable one. So whatever model of otterbox for the iPhone 6 we have, the unit will not fit in the hole. Have to take off the case each time you use it. Install an apple cable and see if the apple lightning connector is right up against the otter box hole. If so, this thing won't fit. For otter box cases with much bigger holes, no problem.

My second one. Lost the other. Does as intended. Would buy again.

I had over 4K of pictures I needed to get off of an old phone I was disposing if and I didn’t have a computer to help facilitate that, this worked wonders! And was quicker than I expected it to be.

For many months, we had a hard time transferring our photos to our external hard drive. This product completes the project of moving thousands of memories in minutes!

Seemed a bit vague on instructions of software and slow, but worked fine once I got over those hurdles.

Excellent for what I use it for: transferring files from phone to computer for storage. It is much faster than simply connecting and syncing up.

Bought this for my iPhone, app on iPhone for this device doesn’t work too well. Return for refund.

great product works well but you need to go online on how to use not that clear

So it a a 50/50 it stores and backs up it holds enough for what I need but it’s meh

I don’t look me that jpeg are changed. Also, I can’t download all media.

Pretty good and works as advertised but if you want to convert movies to your iPad/IPhone ensure you’re using a compatible format
