Doesn’t work all the time

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was extremely excited to get this product because my wife’s phone was full of pics/videos. 64gb worth. Every time I would plug up to iPhone and select all photos it would say it’s finished but then never transfer all the photos. 18k photos and when it was done it would have 11k saved. I also tried to run a backup but it would never actually run, it just sat and sat. Extremely disappointed with this product and will be returning.

OTG drive for IPhone

Once plugged into my iPhone XR, it prompted the start of installing its drivers and crashed. Every time. I began to research the product further, you know just in case i am the one doing it wrong. Nope, there were many other reviews about the same issue. I wanted to return it but missed my window to do so, maybe there could be an update down the road that will fix the problem.

The app kept crashing. Read other reviews and discovered that a lot of those were negative and reflected my experience. Decided to return the item to Best Buy instead of wasting time trying to get it to function properly.

Couldn’t get it to transfer files
