Had the 32GB. Works fine. Wanted the 64 for more storage. Returned and couldn't even get $ back. Had to get store credit.

You have to save it to the iPad and then you can play it back. Defeats the purpose in my opinion...

I tried using it myself but the app that is required to use it Freezes up on me every time. Don't know what I'm doing wrong?

I don't live close to my family so by the time I received it and opened it up excited to backup my photos the return date had passed by a couple days. the drive will save photos to it however it starts making an odd noise halfway through the transfer and crashes. my phone is up to date with the latest software and I tried my fathers phone and my ipad. if you put the drive into a computer it says format it and "I/o" error when you try to do so. not happy as my sister got the same one and hers works fine.

I plugged it into my iPad and it downloaded the software. However, when I tried to use it, it would just hang on the opening screen. I called PNY customer service, but they were unable to help me get it to work. BTW, I am a very experienced techie-type user. Because I was unable to get it to work properly, I returned the item and bought a competing product (which does work).

App didn't work making the device useless

After plugging the device into my phone it prompt me to download the compatible app. App constantly crashed and wouldn't open. Tried to delete and re-download the app 5 times and reset my phone before giving up and returning it. Guy at Best Buy said I could have tried other apps but was over it as it doesn't work as it should.

Does not connect to iPhone SE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The connection is not made with iPhone SE, you have to press the Duo into the phone very hard to get a connection but it will not hold. It does connect easily to iPhone 6. Don't really need this item since You can just connect iPhone to computer to copy files then delete them on the iPhone.

It did work with my iPad . When I tried reaching the company for help they don't have online help for this product and when I finally got a help rep to call me he was clueless.

My retail branch didn't have the original product in stock and saw this one for sale. Great price at the time but downloading app was a nightmare and never had a chance to try.
