Works well, but the cap sticks

My only (minor) complaint is that the protective cap sticks at times and can be difficult to remove. I'm hoping that it will become easier with use.

USB 3.0 > USB 2.0

It is a USB 3.0 flash drive, which unless you still have a PC without USB 3.0 ports that you're using and don't mind the slower speed, you should be buying over USB 2.0 flash drives.
