The item has worked like I thought it would. I just wish they offered income tech support to get you up and running faster. If not inhome same day would be a big help especially since I have an hour drive each way to get to the store.

I was so tired of getting the icloud storage is full notice so I bought this to transfer some things off my phone to please my iphone but it worked and cheaper than buying stirage monthly. Best $7 ive spent in a long time!
