    I bought the last one on the shelf, it was one that had been opened and resealed with an "inspected" tag. I had problems and had to return it. I got a brand new one wrapped, I will install it today. The one I returned worked with Window safe mode, but did not work in the regular Window 7.I assume the new one I bought will work.

    May be because this is the first time i bought a video card. But don't expect it to run games even at moderate settings. Just gives enough power to make your screen little better , of course it will also depend on the brand of your screen. Good for photoshoping i believe. - James
