Almost too Small!

The 'Warranty' is for one year and does not include any expectation of keeping your data. It does not tell you what the warranty covers, but I expect if you made a claim, they will send a replacement and data is gone. Bottom line, as always, "Only back up the data you want to keep!!!" No data should be only in one place, and that includes one building. When buying a flash drive, take a magnifying glass to see what the warranty coverage is.
