I got an email the day it was set to arrive letting me know my shipment had possibly been delayed, and I appreciated that communication. It ended up getting to my house on time regardless, but I appreciated the heads up immensely.

Great graphics card
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this card as an upgrade from my 1060 6G. I was getting a lot of game crashes and long loading screens before. Now, my games load in so fast I barely have time to grab a drink from the fridge.

Usung it for SD and its pretty good

Best Buy has the worst delivery system I’ve ever!

The next day comes and nothing. Finally the next day after the delivery date I recieve a notification stating it would be delayed. Pretty obvious its delayed since it didnt come. Anyways, I call in to cancel my delivery so I can just go pick it up because it says it wont be delivered until 2 weeks later. They tell me its just sitting in their warehouse and they are waiting for the carrier to come and pick it up and that they cant cance it so I can pick it up. ITS LITERALLY SITTING IN THEIR WAREHOUSE AND THEY CSNT CANCEL IT. So now my sone doesnt get his birthday present because they lied to me about the delivery date then cant fix the problem by just cancelling the delivery, even though its just sitting in their warehouse and just let me go pick it up. So thanks beat buy for having the most crappy delivery system ive ever in countered. I WILL NEVER DO THE DELIVERY OPTION THROUGH BEST BUY EVER AGAIN! Terrible terrible customer service when it comes to delivery!
