Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I installed this RAM into my aging Dell Inspiron 7000 Gaming laptop, along with a Samsung - 980 1TB Internal Gaming SSD. This has made the difference between daylight and darkness. I installed the RAM before the SSD and ran my laptop through its normal paces, I could tell a notable difference in performance with the RAM alone. My laptop had 8GB already installed, I added this 16GB into the empty memory slot, giving me a total of 24GB. I admit, I should have bought an additional 16GB and replaced the 8GB that was preinstalled, giving me a total of 32GB. The RAM installed is 2400 mHz DDR4, this PNY is 3200 mHz DDR4 and is backwards compatible with the system, no issues with running two different speeds of RAM. So far so good, time will tell but if my initial experience holds true, there is no need to look over the often frowned on PNY brand.
