Store issue, first store showed product in inventory, product wasn’t there. Recommend calling Best Buy and have them doing site check before going there.

Wounded Laptop

However, the Geek Squad said leave it overnight and called next day to report it was memory failure. I said fix? Zip zap, picked it up that same day and the laptop still works just fine a year later. Wow! Much relieved I didn't have to replace without ample research time.
