From the outside curbside guy to the Manager on Duty, they handled my dilemma with finesse and at no time did I feel they were trying to dismiss me in any way. They treated me like I was important and although I didn't read all the info available they still tried to accommodate me. I love best buy but these guys deserve kudos.
