    Dell gaming laptop had 1 8gb stick and this one upgraded it just fine to 16gb without issue or any loss in stability. Price was right on sale. No complaints.

    I needed to increase the memory of my daughter laptop to allow her to edit videos. Her computer was crashing and she lost a lot of work. Once I installed the new memory the computer runs much better and she can edit her videos with no issues

    This product is not compatible with all brands of laptop, but It did work with my Dell laptop. I have tried PNY brand on HP computers in the past and it has never worked. So it will work with some computers just not all of them.

    product worked, great ram, installed worked without issue would recommend actually product gets 5 stars. Best buy service poor 4 hours after being ordered for pick up was out and about decided to stop for pick up, order was not ready had to wait for order to be picked and then had to wait for confirmation email. this is the reason for 1 star get it together with the order pulling Best Buy
