Can't really say as we couldn't add it to our ASUS computer.

Expected more speed, did not really help speed up my new computer

Probably my mistake but this is not compatible with the iMac we own

This was a great price especially when compared to manufacturer's version; however, both sticks were not recognized. I really wanted this to work badly to the extent that I kept trying and retrying for a few hours with a Dell that required removing keyboad, dvd burner then taking enter laptop apart then all back together again for testing then repeat...( the other brand worked without issue). Maybe I just had a bad two and this might be better for another user or type of laptop. After a few tries 1 day and a few the next morning I gave up and did not want to chance exchanging for 2 of the same sticks. Was able to returned to Bestbuy without issue(5 stars for Bestbuy).

After getting home and opening the package, I realized the ram was actually bent. It was still functional and I don’t believe in waste so I used it anyway. But, Best Buy should do a better in quality control of its products it keeps.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I cannot recommend this RAM. I've tried two separate sticks and on both occasions they were DOA. Trying to upgrade a machine from 8GB to 16GB, and this matched the OEM specs. No reason it shouldn't work. Tested in multiple RAM slots in multiple computers to make sure the board in my laptop wasn't just bad, but no good. I'm not going to try my luck a third time so I ordered from a different brand. I've had issues with PNY customer support in the past, so I didn't even want to bother trying to reach out to them.

Purchased this ram for an HP laptop to upgrade from 8 to 16 megs. Installing the two Dimms the laptop would not boot. Put the old ram back in and worked fine. Took ram and laptop to Geek Squad to see if they could first confirm that it was the correct ram and then test it. They thought it was correct, but not 100% sure. Ended up returning as Geek Squad had no way of testing the ram to see if it was good or not. Purchased confirmed fit ram from Amazon and installed it, now laptop has 16 GB.

Good ram if it decides to work I waited too long and wasn’t able to return it by having one stick that was bad pretty upset I get ram all the time and PNY has let me down

This was for an upgrade on the HP-Omen 15 ce018dx (Gaming Laptop). The mother-board did not recognize it and did not boot well. *I will NOT recommend this product. Please read you mother-boards compatibility First. Check your Latency before install. **As Plan B, I bought CORSAIR Vengeance DDR4 2x8GB 2.4GHz and Yes! the CORSAIR product worked Better.

Didint work in my laptop, not really a good memory. It took 2 days to install somehow but besides that it was a waste of 40$. Sorry.

First time, I bought two sticks. One had apparently been returned previously as bad (didn’t notice packaging), the other quit working exactly two weeks later. Best Buy exchanged them. Right off the bat on the second pair, one stick would not work, so I had to pair the other one again with the original laptop memory. Apparently PNY is not good for my HP laptop.

Did not work on my asus tuf gaming laptop properly. During gaming the laptop would freeze and id have to force restart to get out of the stuck screen.

Tried this brand as it was on sale. Maybe I misread specs. Maybe the product is just plain bad. Whatever the reason, my laptop didn’t recognize it, which really sucked due to how much I had to take apart and reassemble just to upgrade. In the end, I went to Crucial and bought ram directly from them. Shoulda just done that from the start.

I wouldn't know how well this works as it was installed by the Geek Squad into my work laptop, which they broke. The work laptop has not worked since they gave it back to me after installing 8G of RAM instead of the 4G I originally requested. The Manager and Assistant Mgr are totally unprofessional and I am extremely disappointed in this team.

Sales guy sold me the wrong speed memory for the nitro 5 laptop I purchased. Probably worked if it was the right speed.

Its hard to give this an accurate rating and review as it did not work with my Lenovo laptop. Geek Squad at Best Buy installed it and although it seemed to work for a while, once I got it home, it caused my computer to crash and reboot every few minutes. So I returned the item and had it removed.

It will not work in a HP envy X 360 15in Ryzen 7 4700u the ram is to slow to even run

I did not like this 8 gig stick memory stick it didn't fit in my laptop

It says it is compatible with my laptop Asus,but it is not.My husband had to return the first one and got a new one,same thing,he just returned it and we are not going to buy a third one for sure.Very disappointed.
