works with my rig, I went cheaply though

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had three system crashes with this added on to my rig, but that is because I'm running a different speed of ram at the same time as thing. my other ram is 2.6 and I added this to my system it being 2.4 now my main rig is rated at 2.4, it works fine and easy to plug in other than the "USER ERROR I DID" this thing is good for the price! I'm happy having multiple applications on screen, I can now watch youtube and game at the same time (my original was 8gb and I added this bringing it to 16Gb two different speeds but it's working together okay on my ROGStrix Laptop)

I bought this 8gb RAM chip and it took me less than 10 minutes to open the laptop and install the chip. Booted up the laptop and opened a browser with multiple tabs and a spreadsheet and a word document and runs smooth as silk now as expected.

Called Apple before install and they said it should. Haven't had any problems. Best Buy should carry more IMac memory options and educate sales staff about it.
