There was a lot of confusion whether this memory work in my iMac but took a chance. Called Apple before install and they said it should. Haven't had any problems. Best Buy should carry more IMac memory options and educate sales staff about it.

Its a decent ram stick for a laptop. Only supports 2400CL17 tho, not even a 2133 stock profile or anything on it based on memory analysis program thaiphoon burner. it also has generic, cheap memory chips on it. It gets the job done and performs exactly as advertised but dont expect anything more. I was unable to squeeze any additional performance on it through memory overclocking means.

I bought this to upgrade my gaming laptops memory and it was easy to install and laptop read it right away.

I had 8 Gig of ram and needed to buy more for gaming. Bought 2 sticks and now have 16 gig. They work beautifully

My dad’s old Lenovo IdeaPad 310 came with only 4 GB DDR4 2133 MHz of onboard memory. He only uses the laptop to stream videos, but recently it started lagging really badly. Adding 8GB helped tremendously! 2400 MHz was more than enough for his old laptop and luckily a super cheap fix. I do eventually want to change his HDD to an SSD, but for now, adding RAM made his laptop fast enough and way faster than before.

Over a year ago I bought a Lenovo Laptop ( From Best Buy of course. ) that came with 4 GB of memory. I finally became frustrated with the Laptop's performance because it was swapping memory out the hard drive, a real performance killer. I bought the PNY 8 GB memory module and switched it out for the OEM 4 GB. The laptop's performance was restored, which is all I really wanted.

Fair price, quality packaging, good fit to computer motherboard. Unfortunately, same motherboard turned out to be bad so I never really got to test the memory module.

I wanted to upgrade the RAM on my iMac. Initially I was sold the wrong RAM and had to return the following day. With the help of a guy on the Geek Squad I was able to successfully take my computer from the factory installed 8GB to 24GB. The difference is noticeable. I use audio and video editing software that really benefit from the added memory. At home, installing the memory went flawlessly and I was back up and running in no time at all.

This was easy to install and helped a newer Dell laptop work much more efficiently.
