This charger is a waste of time. It worked for a few days then stopped completely. It wouldn't turn on or anything.

The purchase was great. The sales floor associate was very well versed on product, asked great questions about the user, and understood my budget.

Great price and it was already charged when I opened it. I did not realize it came with a 16 SD card.

It is a very useful product. The charge in a 4G smartphone gets drained very often. This product helps to charge your phone anywhere

I would buy a higher end charging unit/power supply next time. This one didn't last long and didn't hold the charge.

Got this for my teenage daughter to charge her ipod when out and about away from power. The battery is only a few weeks old and already it isn't working properly. When we plug it in to the outlet to charge the battery, often times we can't get it to charge anymore. (When it's drained.) Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I guess we should have bought a more expensive one. :(

I initially bought this after repeatedly having my phone die when visiting the city. A friend of mine one day brought a different brand battery pack with them on our trip and introduced me to this. I purchased the PNY PowerPack since it was lighter and small to carry in my jacket but also since it had a battery LED indicator as well to display how much of a charge is left. I have already taken this into the city with me and it has been great! Small, light and gave me about an additional 70% charge on my iPhone 6 before the PowerPack ran out of backup power. This was enough for my day out. Would be nice if it held more of a charge but I guess that is what the other larger/bulkier models are for with the higher price tag. This does the job for what was needed.

This item is great, my phone battery dies rather fast. With this charger I always have power in case of an emergency.
