    I bought this powerpack and used it for the first time after 2 weeks on a trip. It worked with the charge it already had and didn't work afterwards. Went back to the store and since it was more than 15 days they couldn't return my money or exchange it. I tried calling to PNY and was never able to get an answer.

    I purchased this device to charge my phone as I was out of town and forgot to bring my charger for my mophie juice pack iPhone case. I charged the device completely in my car and then tried to use it to charge my mophie and it didn't do anything. I should have spent the money and bought a real product.
