Guess the cheap price should have throwno red flags. Have to constantly turn it back on because it goes off even when fully charged. Spend the extra money to get one that works!

I like the convenience of being able to charge my phone on the go but this is a much heavier device than I thought it would be for its size. It weighs my purse down!

This did not work for me. It comes with the Cord where you can plug into the computer to charge it up when it does and it also comes with the charger. After I had charged the charger on my computer, I tried to charge my phone with it. It would make the plug in sound like it was working but its really not. IDK but this didn't work for me but I know a coworker of mines used the same one and it works for her. Maybe its just my phone that is messed up. Give it a try. Its only $9.99.

These external battery packs are good for a limited time. Don't expect it to last a year. But for cheap and in a pinch, it does it's job.

Absolutely awful, this charger does nothing. The cord however, is a great length for charging my phone from my laptop (since I can't charge it with this charger).

Awful! Got down to Disney world before realizing that this was for the old iPhone. The charging wire/port didn't fit the new iPhones. Wasn't marked on the box.

Does not charge my phone !! Charged it completely and when plugged it into my phone which was at 20 % it did nothing except boost my phone battery by 1%

I have used few other portable charger and this is the worst one I have ever bought . Does not work as it supposed to work. It's just waste of my money.

I lightly used this battery and after about a month it literally fell apart. So I exchanged it under the manufacturer warranty for a different brand.

It doesn't stay charged or and it only charge phone a notch. It's good if your phone is completely dead and you need juice to make an emergency call.

I am unhappy that Best Buy sold me such an inferior product. Third time a product I purchased during the last 12 months from Best Buy has broken.

I misunderstood the product. I purchased it assuming that my daughter can fully recharge her phone. It only gave her about 10 minutes of life.
