This item works great for day trips. Super useful and easy to use.

I use this to charge my iPhone as well as my iPad. When fully charged if my phone battery is completely drained it will charge it up fully. I also love the colors they come in.

This is such a great product I take one with me to work and when my phone battery dies km good no worries since my work started a new app that we must use its killing our batteries this thing has been a life saver.

I had high hopes for my first on-the-go battery pack but this definitely let me down. It takes forever to recharge your phone, and in the meantime overheats the phone, which essentially kills the phone's battery. I've regained maybe 30% charge but for the time it took and the potential damage to my phone (even too hot to hold) its just not worth it... :(

Its big and bulky and holds a charge for a long time. In fact I'm not sure how long it goes. Maybe 7 hours or more.

The charger cable with it seems to have become defective but the battery itself is still working. Nothing fancy and is a good one to have in a crunch.

Originally bought two of these for my boys as Christmas stocking stuffer and ended using it myself a few days later. It worked great so I bought some for my guys out in the field!

I bought the item and I am very happy with the performance and excellent design.

Good, if you need a quick 1 full charge this external charger will do its job.

This charges my phone, but it dies before it gets my phone to 100%, and then I have to charge this and my phone!

I like that it had the small size that I needed. And that it isn't expensive. However, the device only worked for a week so I had to return it. Which just made more of a hassle for me, since I had to find a new one after that to replace it.

Works as advertised. Great to charge you phone when there is nothing to plug into like on a bus or airplane etc.

Maybe I got a dud. My power pack never really worked right, coming out of the box. It would eventually start to charge. It would flash but never fully charge. It would go up to 2 lights and stop. 4 Weeks out and now it seems to be dead. I've tried multiple cords and power sources. Best Buy wants nothing to do with this. They said to contact the company. I contacted PNY and they said that I would need to send this back in. They do not pay for shipping. It would cost around $7 to mail according to the service rep. I paid, maybe, $8 for this. Not worth it. Will I go bankrupt, no, but I'd like for someone to stand behind this. Either Best Buy or PNY. No one did. I have bought multiple PNY Flash Drives with great success. Will not venture into PNY power packs again. I bought a Jackery PowerPack, a bigger version, and it works great.

It works,but only for the one charge then you have to recharge it too

Bought this because I thought it would come in handy and it was portable/cute. Used only once and then it never worked again. I wish I could return it, would not recommend.

Pretty good value and had a 50% discount so I had to buy it. Of course, I got a defective one. Then, Best Buy does not offer refunds for consumables, like powerpacks. And for replacements, I was told to contact PNY. After a few questions, PNY sends me an RMA, but I have to pay for shipping. The cost of shipping is about the same amount I paid for it. So, Best Buy and PNY got my money, and I have a useless green plastic tube, and all the time wasted, including this review. At least I have an over-priced USB micro cable.

Unfortunately, I hadn't had this product for very long before losing the cord. Having a way to store the cord with the external battery might be a nice feature... :-/
