If you wait to charge a device too long after fully charging it, there is very little juice left to do so. Good for a cheap, quick fix but there are better options out there.

Did Not Work as Expected

After that, it didn't hold a full charge and did not fully charge my son's phone. It was supposed to be able to charge a phone twice before having to be recharged itself.
