    Bought this for the download/upload speed. Supposed to be 180 mps...it's maybe 60. Fluctuates horribly. Better than the 5 mps I was dealing with before but still disappointed with the no truth advertising.

    The sales person was excellent, the Geek squad was excellent, but I feel I was sold An inferior product to keep the cost down. My laptop will not hold a charge to save its soul, and it is barely two weeks old. On a good day I get a couple of hours before I have to plug it back in and charge it. I don’t like this
