Within two weeks of purchasing this product, the company ceased offering cloud backup services. They did not offer a refund. I do not recommend this product to anyone. I would give 0 Stars if that was possible.

I didn't even notice the Best Buy cashier ringing this up for $0.00 when I made a purchase. That price is what it is worth...on second thought, I should have been paid by Best Buy to throw away their trash.

The website was really hard to sign up for, and the 6-Month Unlimited Cloud Storage trail never activated, I end it up canceling the service for a free alternative.

It was free with my new phone, I don't need more storage. It's free for 6 months so I didn't bother with it, just to end up cancelling later on.

Since its free you may want to use it but you usually get what you pay for. I would have preferred to have the cost applied to a backup drive of my own.

A friend that is a computer guru (owns his own computer business) did all my setup's and told me not to bother with cloud.

Can't tell you because I don't know a thing about it...don't know how to use it...no explanation was given!

I never ended up using it, extended apple warranty would of been better...

I feel it's another attempt to get at my wallet on a ongoing basis

I found this item useless and didn't really need or use it.

Seemed redundant with the Free storage with Microsoft.

I recently purchased a new Asus laptop which included the Pogoplug unlimited cloud storage. I was hesitant at first to store anything on the cloud, but after trying it out, it has become super convenient. The remote access for music, movies and media comes in pretty handy especially if you have high speed internet.

The idea of unlimited backup cloud storage is great, but for some reason the software on my Windows 10 computer is cutting off a section of the program interface. I'm not sure if I will use this very often, but it is nice to have extra storage space available if needed.

Received this as part of a bundle with my laptop purchase. Free cloud storage is great, especially for my company.

I love having the security of online backups for free, but after the 6 months are over I'll have to decide if it's cost effective. Remember, you'll need a fast internet service or it will take forever to upload everything.

I bought a new computer and got this 6 month cloud sub scription with it for free. What's really great is,number one it works fine and number two since it's mailed to you and is not a,digital download. As long as you don't activate it and you want to return the comptuer.you can return this too. With a digital download you can't return .
