Good Storage

This came with my laptop so I tried it. If a person does not have the money to install a central storage, this works really well.

Worked great in the beginning.

This happens off and on constantly. When I go to the web access I get a popup saying "Meet Safeplug' that cannot be removed. I also get an ERROR "An unhandled RPC exception occurred on method billing 602[Not implemented]. Thus, I cannot see or access my online account of files stored there. Very frustrating. Have talked with support but they don't seem to care if I can access it or not. I would like a more reliable cloud storage that I can access.

need permanent storage
