They did a good job of keeping with the original story, but it's just not the same without the original characters.

Some of the most beautiful shots of action and nature i have ever seen. I recommend this movie based on that.

This was an ok movie but there's absolutely no reason to call it point break. Point break was a great movie. This is not point break. I would have probably liked it more if it was the same movie with a different title and different names for the characters. But when it's called Point Break, it should be Point Break. You know, bank robbers who dress up like ex presidents and surf.

Action, fast pace, a good action junkie kind of movie. Would have been better if Patrick Swayze was in the lead.

Nothing will beat Kathryn Bigelow's original Point Break but at least you can still have fun watching it! 4/5

I know it was a remake, but it was a good movie all on its own! The 3d effects won't great though.

The 3-D version is really great with the action scenes but the movie is not as good as the original.

It's hard to compare this to the original Point Break. Granted the original film had bigger names but time always wins and some aspects of the original have become dated. both stand out in their own ways but as far as this one goes it's about as solid and watchable of an action flick that you can hope to find. Don't go looking for story just be dazzled by the visuals.

The acting and story plot was okay but what I truly loved was the scenery in this movie. It was beautiful.
