Another remake?

I am a fan of the original and worried I would be disappointed. However, it was worth watching as the story changes and focus on special effects really presents the movie as a different experience. The original is far better though.

A new telling of an old surfer/crime story

Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the previous, but the 3D effects are good and Blu-ray is always a safe bet for picture quality and sound.

Once again Hollywood's politics

Past that the theme of global manmade destruction of earth and tha hippie vibe is kinda boring. I wanna be intertained not lectured. The original is far better and this one is forgettable

Great action in surfing, sky diving, and snowboard

The story does not make sense because who spend the big financial capital to equip and to train and to undertake these life risking operations in order to steal money to give to the poor people
