This version isn't really "better" than the original outside of the newer style and action/stunts. In the action aspect it may push it to 2.5 stars.

Not a great story the only thing good about this movie was the scenery, environment and action beside that not the greatest acting or story

Even though the cinematography in this film is spectacular, this remake does not work and the reason is that there is very little story!

Good movie to kill a couple of hours. I enjoyed the original more, but the stunts in this movie coupled with 3d makes for a fun 2 hours

I'd hoped this was a remake of the original Point Break; however, it wasn't. Slow and often times boring. I didn't finish the movie.

This was a mistake purchase. I thought they released the Swayze/Reeves version in 3D which would have been awesome. This is the crap remake, and I returned it without opening it. Couldn't tell you how it looks on TV. I did not view it.

Bought by mistake. Didn't know there was a 2015 remake so thought I was getting the original. Original with Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze is great. I watched maybe half of this crappy remake and gave it away. Didn't even bother to try to sell it, I gave it away just to get rid of it.

I would stay to stick with the original... another remake that didnt stand up
