DROPS is a horrible promo

I waited in line, and when selected, got a 10 min hold timer on the product. After 2.7 min (7.3 min remaining on timer) I lost the checkout option and was unable to purchase the item, with an active hold product timer. Customer service couldnt care less. I also kept getting popups saying my timer was almost up.

Why should they be allowed multiple items to mark up and resell while a average person gets only 1. As far as package cards were not damaged and just ok pulls from pack. Ended buying many multiple boxes at other stores , cheaper and without restrictions
