Got the run around…

First customer service told me the product got damaged. Then i talked to another and they told me they ran out of stock. Finally i talked to another who found product at a warehouse to ship to the store and they didnt fulfill my whole order, only sent 2/3 of what i ordered. The whole process took about a month from when i ordered until i finally was able to pick up what i bought, meanwhile the whole time they kept a hold on my funds and never reached out to me. I had to constantly keep calling and being told it will only be a few more days. At the end i only got 2/3 of what i ordered and they refunded 1/3 of my order. Very unsatisfied.

Got some really dissapointing pulls for the only booster bundle i found.

Supplier audit

The boxes plastic seal looked good, but the booster packs looked suspect. They all had a lot of slop allowing the cards to move easily within the pack. Also the bottom of each pack had breaks from the seal at both corners, think "teardrops" yet the top seals all were strong and no issues. I think that there's a real possibility that somewhere along the supply line their could be some product tampering happening.
