Then to wait in the live queue to see if I get an opportunity to buy one box. This is a big waste of my time. Don’t bother sending me these live drops anymore if I am not going to be offered a box.

Nowhere near the first few waves of release. Seems like the higher end the product, the better the pull rates with 151. Go for the UPC or ETB before these.

But even after we changed the zip code it said no locations withing 250 miles. So we couldnt order it.

I bought this because it has the same pokemon I liked when I was a kid, but the cards just aren't as good as they used to be. I miss the days when the cards were done by WotC. Application crashed and attempted to join queue only to wait and be told sold out. Incredibly frustrating week utilizing this application. I’ve attempted to purchase pokemon cards whenever the product was live only to walk away empty handed due to bot presence. Contemplating canceling TotalTech membership after this situation. Best Buy, please do better.

Thats right, not a box, a plastic bag. I was gonna open one and save one but I guess Im opening them both now. The boxes inside were crushed. (As expected when you ship boxes inside of a bag) You would think Best buy would know better, this is common sense.

I would never recommend buying online from Best Buy. The customer service I experienced was terrible—an assistant even hung up on me. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I never want to deal with this again.
