Not quite the quality of ultrapro or vault x. But extremely close. Nice side loading pages. Overall this is a great deal for 151 collectors

A decent deal

Combined with the cover of the binder having neat art, and 4 booster packs, I think this makes for an alright purchase if you're looking for a few 151 booster packs and a place to store a couple hundred cards.
