Great product, poor sales staff

Good quality but not great

Dissappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on Sept. 25th and it was supposed to be delivered Sept. 28th. On the 26th I got an email that it was ahead of shipping and would arrive Sept. 27th. Then on the 27th I got an email that it was delayed and would arrive the 30th. On the 30th I then got an email saying it would arrive Oct. 1. Finally on Oct. 2nd I received the order. It was shipped in a bag rather than a box which is why the binder was damaged. In the shipping notes it said the label was unreadable and needed a new label at the first facility it went to. If it already needed a new label at the first facility chances are it is a damaged item which I was correct. I called BestBuy and was on the phone for 40 minutes and the best they could do is ship the binder back and I would get $2. Needless to say I didn’t do that since then I wouldn’t have a binder and the time spent to box it and take it to ship back is not worth $2. I’ve been a loyal BestBuy customer for years but anything card related I would not purchase from them.

Binder corner was broken.

Good product damaged by delivery method.

When I received the binder collection, the box was so smushed and the binder corners were ripped because of the hard plastic type material. It is a great product, but the delivery method has to change. This also happened when I ordered an amiibo in the past and the box was ripped. Your delivery method turned a great product into trash.

Good product and good service from Bestbuy

Preorder for this arrived on time but other portion got delayed unfortunately. Recieved $5 credit for the delayed portion. Dont like how they attach sticker receipts on the actual box though
