Perfectly fine opening experience for this product.

Happened in this store and they just opened. People were lined up and went really fast . Met another collector and had a great conversation. Great staff very friendly. Very happy I stop in. Always love shopping at Best Buy for Pokemon because they have a limit.

The product was as expected. Two booster packs with one being mega evolution and the other phantasmal flames. First partner card pack. Has the three starter pokemon but without knowing which three. Like the blind box.

Great Staff, Needs Better Queue System I visited this location to pick up the new Pokémon Charizard Tins. The staff members were excellent—friendly and doing their best with a high-demand release. However, the current queuing system needs work. Having people line up early in the morning (or even the night before) creates an unnecessary barrier for those who can't be there at 4:00 AM. A raffle or "lottery" system for these drops would be much fairer, deter scalpers, and keep the environment peaceful for all collectors. Love the store, just hope to see a more equitable process next time!

Excellent pokemon set to open! Very fun! Hardest part is being able to find any though as most individuals purchase these out with hopes to resell. Please enforce a buy limit of 1 constantly.

The starter promos are why you buy this box and they are all absolutely gorgeous. Only frustrating thing is when you open a couple packs and get all the same gen starters

It's a highly sought after pokemon box and i was pleasantly surprised the store had it. I wish there was more available. it's like finding gold right now.

Best Buy was one of the few places to sell this at MSRP. It was a great deal for a great product. The promos, no matter which ones you get, are awesome!

Love getting this set at MSRP. The art in this set was wonderful. Staff was super nice amd enforces the purchase limit which is great for collectors.

The First Partner Illustration Collection is pretty good. My son loves the pack very much. I'm glad Best Buy always sell Pokemon products at MSRP.

Best Buy is the best place to buy TCG. They are one of the last stores that sell at MSRP. And they let my grand kids buy some. Other stores only sell to adults. Thank you Best Buy!

It was a Friday morning before opening the store didn't rush to make line early took my time to get to Best Buy and I got the last one so happy.
