Ultra Premium Collection is a BIG Win

Pack selection could be better. I expected more Phantasmal Flames to be in a Charizard box and I’m not a big fan of Destined Rivals or Journey Together. It’s anecdotal to say, but I also have a poor experience in the hit rates of these UPC sets.
