    Horribly experience with the management at this location. The are very rude and dint let my son buy product even after we waiting from 6am in the cold. They said he wasn't allowed because i had purchased as well, even though Bestbuy policy states that any monkr at the age of 13 and above can buy with out parent present. The manager acted like he own the store and dint fallow company policy. He also accused me of bad parenting. He hurt my kids feelings and moral. Wr dont shop at this location anymore.

    Thought I was getting this at MSRP, had to wait in a queue and all. Only to find out I was paying nearing double that and it was from a third-party vendor. Sad day that BB goes the Wal-Mart route too. Maybe offer these to your Total Rewards members first so that we do not get ripped of like this.
