Package came torn, was planning to save this, heavy but wouldn’t let me return the item

Hard the get from Best Buy but it’s a great set none the less

Plastic was open, few wholes in the plastic and bent box. But received early.

Mid pulls, buying Pokemon is a total gamble. glad I can grab one though!

The plastic shrink wrap on the box was ripped open on arrival

Considering I never even got the item because Best Buy decided they all of a sudden couldn’t deliver it, it’s ironic they asked for a review. Item was returned back to the warehouse for no reason at all and I was given literally 0 say in the matter.

Employees made it really hard to get etbs would often lie about what in stock and how many and then will go back an hour later and see employee checking out with product .

I have been looking for this product for weeks! And Frank at store 20290 Katy FWY #354, told me he was able to find one after system shows in stock! Thank you Frank for helping on my Birthday Day!!!

I show up early to be first in line for pokémon. But the staff disregards that and seems to be hiding product for their friends. Kind of upset that I waited asked for a product and they told me they only had sleeves. I left, them not knowing my buddy was at the back of the line. He called me back to let me know they "found" elite trainer boxes. After half the front of the line left . Was never a problem here years ago
