It's a pack with potential chase card that holds value. There was supposed to be a promo card with purchase but employees said they "never receive" the pre-release promo cards whereas almost all stores that had the perfect order release has promo cards. Experience: barely any line, products were stacked. Nobody wanted this set I guess Customer Service: great. employees were helpful
