Unhappy with Bestbuy

The awful part was when I picked up my order. The nice person who was helping me get my order. They had to scan a sticker and take off that sticker , he said something about managing inventory. I told him , “ I didn’t mind waiting “, since it was out of his control. But I ordered a large quantity, so I was waiting around 25 minutes for what should have a been a 5 minute interaction. Don’t understand why Bestbuy does this
