Fun but Frustrating

My kids got a surging sparks SIR, but the corner was ruined by the way they cram them in. I have had this happen before but never had a chase card ruined by it.

Employees take stock

Had to ask different employees just to be able to purchase this item. This is ridiculously unfair. I’ve called multiple times to complain about the manager and the employee with out any help . I hate shopping here but I’m force to because this is the only store in my area that sells Pokemon.
