Product is great! customer service not so much

Horrible customer service for this product

Monday morning before stores are open i recieve a message saying i picked it up. Contact online customer service they say they are canceling and refunding my money. I never receive anything confirming. Tuesday i call customer service and they tell me that the store has my item. I go into the store and they tell me that a manager will cancel it the next day. I still don't have this resolved. To be continued...

Poor Pick Up Experience

This time, there was a long wait at the checkout area and team members had with no sense of urgency, and did not prioritize order pick up customers. It was not the experience I was expecting.

3 pack same mostly bad pulls
