Checked in store and an employee found 1 in the back that had just been unloaded off the truck. Pulled a Leafeon SIR on the first pack! Also pulled all the leafeon alts. Must have got the leafeon etb. Also had 4 master ball patterns!

Went to store several times to see if they were going to have these in stock on release date! Was told yes they had them. Stood outside for 2 hours was first person in the store only to be told they sold them all in pick up orders!! Thats like having a black friday door buster sale and not having any available when the store opens!! Terrible!!

Very fortunate to get my hands on this during drop. Can say this is a tough set to open, but, very fun.

I have now gone three times in a row, every Friday, waiting in line for hours just to get one flipping etb because the night before at 8pm or just before they close, employees said "Yes we have them but we cannot stock or sell them until Friday morning. But we have 15"... then last week it was 4, then today just a few. I was first or second in line the next morning, and before the store even opens, they are all gone! If they are IN STORE ONLY then how did they sell 15, before the store fricking opened??? Its the employees that are taking them!!

I became a member to get notified when these will come back in stock but i was never notified. How is this so? I been checking everyday since the 17th, no email or call like all the representatives I talked to discussed with me. What do I Need to do to get some of these, or should i just cancel my membership?

The fact that best buy allowed someone to buy 14 boxes according to their review is absolutely ridiculous. The roll of this set was a big let down, and I did not see the option to preorder. The scalpers are making pokemon not even fun. We collect because we love the game and the cards not to make money. smh

Stupid sclaplers are ruining this hobby. I saw them sitting on the vack shelves wednesday before thw release. Tried to get one but it wouldnt ring up. Showed up for day of release just so they could say someone bought them all over night. As i was leaving i saw them loading their ENTIRE inventory into a single little car.

They should be ashamed of how this release went and the pull rate is a joke.

My store kept adding a home delivery of 99.99 for ship to home. Wouldn’t do store pick up. Argued with two employees before a supervisor came over and said I was right and the two Best Buy employees were wrong and got my order refunded….

Employees are getting to buy the product first because they know when they get shipped and when they go live online for sale So Unfair

Website is wrong for the 5th time says its on display but the employees state they havent received any. Very frustrating waste of time

Says in store only for the last week but employees say you have to preorder it. They're either lying through their teeth or Best Buy needs to fix it

Preorder was a nightmare - i think they gave me someone elses order :/
