Send an open box with no packs. Some employees ripe open the package and took the packs.

Seems alot of pokemon i get have rips or tears in the plastic. Everytime

I have been trying to get my hands on another etb or another other prismatic evolution items online or in person and fail. I really wanted to order the prismatic evolution special edition set but fear it will be sold out online and in person and i. still wont be able to get one. Bestbuy need to do something so everyone has an opportunity to get stock. Thanks

Love the set, but so difficult to get because of scalpers. Wish more stores would up their stock!

Thus is. Rip off, its just an ETB which is 9 packs. These are 40 dollars at the dollar store. I thought i was getting a SPC so that’s my fault but still the price is way to high….. should be priced at 120 online and 80 in stores.

I’m absolutely livid. I bought not one, not two, but THREE of these Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Boxes, and after opening a total of 50 booster packs, I got absolutely NOTHING worth a darn! No valuable pulls, no IRs, no chase cards—just a pitiful, soul-crushing disappointment in every single pack. This is nothing but a scam designed to milk your money and ruin your day. I’m sick and tired of wasting my cash on these Pokémon products that never deliver any excitement or value. Every pack felt like a slap in the face—a red, raging reminder that I was robbed blind. I’m beyond furious and can honestly say this is the last Pokémon item I will ever buy. I’m done with this broken hobby!

terrible value. hard to get and not worth it for the crappy pulls. skip this set. its impossible to get anyway because of scalpers.

Good luck if you wre searching, it gets ewten up by the bots and i can almsot guarantee if tou dont follow a drops account on social media or discord youll never see one at MSRP as long as you live.

I accidentally purchased this thinking it was an SPC. Its severely overpriced. Tried contacting the seller twice but was ignored. On me for not seeing it was the right item but this is way overpriced

I didn’t know Best Buy did 3rd party sales. It was way overpriced. I tried to make an immediate cancellation, even emailed the 3rd party seller. Not a single response, didn’t even try to cancel my order.

Resealed packs and bent cards inside. Cannot confirm the package was resealed, but indications were pretty high upon arrival and opening of the box and packs.

I pre ordered this and drove 1 hr and 30 mins the day after release 1/18/25 to pick up in destin fl. When i got home and opened the etb there was only 8 packs. There is supposed to be 9 packs!! Then two of the packs came with it litterly came with only common cards and uncommon no rare cards at all. Duno if mine was opened and resealed by best buy employees or if it was the factory for pokemon! that scammed me but im mad . This is the first time i ever wrote a negative review on best buy usually i get good products with everything included but this time I feel scammed !! Also some of my cards in the oacks were pretty damaged probbly because of bad handling of the box!

I placed an order for in-store pickup and was extremely disappointed to receive a box that was clearly and intentionally damaged. There were deep scratches and rips all around the packaging — not something that could be passed off as “shipping damage,” especially since I picked it up in person. The manager offered no real solution and just blamed it on “shipping,” which felt like a lazy excuse. As a collector, condition matters. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience from Best Buy.

This item is only available for in store pick up now, but good luck getting one unless you have no life and don’t have scummy employees buying all the stock. :)

This product was never online and if it was, it was botted out within seconds. Making the average consumer not be able to purchase pre-release in store makes it easy to scalp for others just looking to resell.

Limit one per household to have some chances for everybody

These clows said it was shipped when it never was … told them multiple times not to cancel order but it seems someone needed the ETB more than i did!
