No product No refund?

In that time, I have called customer service more than 10 times, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. Not a single agent has been willing or able to assist me. Several agents hung up on me after pretending to “look into it,” and others made false promises—claiming they would email me with updates or have a supervisor contact me directly. None of those promises were ever kept. At this point, I am left with no product, no refund, and no accountability from this company. This is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud. I have lost complete trust in this business. If my issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate further through formal complaints and consumer protection channels. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and basic reliability—this company has shown me none of these.
