The product itself is fine; the problem lies with Best Buy's sales model. I saw the pre-order notification for the physical store online, went to the store, queued at the service desk to place my order, and the staff automatically selected mail delivery for me without asking if I wanted in-store pickup. The next day, my order was cancelled, and I received a cancellation email. When I went to the store to inquire, I was only told that Best Buy's backend had cancelled my order. Meanwhile, my friend who went to the store with me to place his order (but placed his order later than mine) chose in-store pickup, and his order was not cancelled, and he received his package normally.

Good product if you’re able to secure one. Will buy again.

Walked into Best Buy looking for pokemon cards. Manager said they received the prismatic spc’s and was able to buy one without having to wait hours in line at a different store!

I ordered in store and waited 3 weeks for my order to come in and when that day came to pick up , they told me they couldnt fulfill my order, so they cancelled my orders. Im very upset with best buy. I wouldn’t recommend placing orders in store. My product got backdoored or was given to someone else

I was so happy to get one at MSRP and be able to finally open it, and then FedEx steals the package. Don't use FedEx.

Never got delivered. Poor shipping with Best Buy. They didn’t do anything about it. They said they delieverd but never did.

Never got the item. Fedex "lost" and they wouldn't resend a new one out. disappointment

Would been a 5 star but order got cancelled. Was able to submit order but out of stock hour later.

Preordered in store and they cancelled my order. This is the second time this has happened. Come on Best Buy do better that’s bad customer service
