Love this traumatic Pokemon set! Worth every Penny!

Excellent finally grabbed one now it’s ripping time

A great collection, especially if you're looking to actually play the game. All of the extras are geared towards gameplay and they were all of great construction and quality.

Waited in line for this one and it was worth it, met some cool people and had a blast

Unfortunately it came damaged with a huge box cutter slice through the plastic and damaging the box . Still a great product.

It was cool that the guy who takes care of the of the trading cards section got there early on drop they.. and had it instock!

Sent me a product that was cut in the front, I am a collector , emailed for assistance in possibly getting a replacement or to allow me the opportunity to purchase a new one and I was told there was nothing they could do. I pay for total protection and have your credit card. I have purchased multiple products from Best Buy and this is honestly the worst experience that I’ve had. I wasn’t expecting for somebody to tell me that there was nothing that they could do. I am at the point where if I’m going to be investing my money in a total protection plan I may go with Amazon. I received a tampered with product from Amazon for a similar product and they allowed me to return it and replace it. The biggest issue that I have is that I don’t know if the product was tampered with, and I don’t want too completely open it because I want to have it as part of my collection. I just homes expected more from Best Buy

This item arrived with a noticeable tear right across the front, directly over the main design. For something like this, where condition matters, that’s a big deal. What’s frustrating is the location and nature of the damage — it’s not typical corner or edge wear you’d expect from transit. It looks like it was either poorly handled or already compromised before it was shipped out. Either way, it should have been caught before sending. Shipping a damaged item like this shows a lack of basic quality control. Really disappointing experience. When you order something new, especially a collectible-style item, you expect it to arrive in new condition — not already damaged out of the box.

Be careful ordering from best buy. This is the second box I’ve received with nothing in the box. This time I made sure to receive the package by hand from the FedEx delivery driver and had him wait as I opened it in front of him.

I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Best Buy. I waited overnight and was fourth in line, only to be told that only one unit of the product was available. Later, I was informed that three units were available, but the rest had been allocated to “online orders” placed back in February 2025. After this confusing and frustrating experience, I was told I could place an order online. I did—only to be refunded the next day with no explanation. I made the effort to show up early in person, expecting fair availability. Instead, I was met with poor communication, a lack of transparency, and ultimately, no product. It’s incredibly disheartening to see others walk into the store and be offered options while I was left with nothing after waiting all night. I hope Best Buy reconsiders how it handles limited releases, especially for loyal customers who go out of their way to shop in-store. Clearer communication and fairer distribution would go a long way in restoring trust.

Unfortunally the product came with a major rip in it which was hard because im keeping this item for diplay. Still amazing that I was able to buy however!

I don't think Best Buy understands that people collect these. The product was placed in a slightly larger box with no cushioning around it. Two corners were heavily damaged. How does that look as a display item or when giving it as a gift? Bad look, Best Buy.

Everything is excellent except the box has a small ripped

The package seal was slightly open shipped to store they said they cant do anything. Not et even a return then re purchase for a discoubt. Its a collector item. Newington NH

Package came damaged on a collectable item. Big knife slash down front of package. Emails were sent and was basically told that it is what it is.

I came a day before to ask about the stock of this item. The highland store would not tell me. I waited 2 hours to e day of release and I was 5th in line only to be said they had 1 stock. I asked if they could do an online purchase and they said yes, then it was cancelled. I then talked to online support who said that the store manager would call me back to make the purchase again which they did not. Worst customer experience and service ever

Dont order online from best buy product was not shipped in a box. Came in a brown bag with no protective packaging.

The product Pokemon Prismatic Evolutions Super Premium is a high demand product and one of the most frustrating to buy due to scalpers and bots. Best buys invite approach for selling this product has been one of the most structured and coordinated methods for selling pokemon products across all retail stores. Super fast buy experience. Great packaging and timely shipment. And the product is as amazing as expected. Ripped it open, had some great accessories. And was lucky to pull a couple of SIR revolutions!

The packaging feels premium, the promo cards look fantastic, and the overall presentation makes it feel like a true collector’s item. The booster packs added a lot of excitement, and the card quality was excellent right out of the box. This set is great for both collectors and players who enjoy the the thrill of opening packs. Definitely worth picking up if you’re a Pokémon fan or looking for a special addition to your collection.
